Lead Global Careers Alliance's on-the-ground operations in Pakistan: institutional partnerships, programme delivery, government engagement, and overseas placement pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- • Build and manage relationships with training institutions, NAVTTC, and Takamol
- • Drive growth of NOCN-aligned programmes across Punjab
- • Lead recruitment pipelines for Gulf and international employers
- • Represent GCA at government, sector, and partnership forums
- • Oversee local team, budget, and reporting to UK leadership
What we're looking for
- • 10+ years' leadership experience in skills, education, or recruitment
- • Proven track record managing institutional and government relationships
- • Strong understanding of Pakistan's TVET landscape
- • Experience with overseas employment / Gulf labour markets preferred
- • Excellent English and Urdu communication
